It was established by two experienced, licensed Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage real estate agents, Harold Christopher and Sandra Walsh. Between the two, Christopher and Walsh have over twenty years of experience in the residential real estate and development market including Buyer Agency and New Construction. Their credentials also include certification as specialists in new homes and negotiation.
